Jeff Hardy’s contract with TNA won’t expire until next year. However, will he really say goodbye to wrestling earlier than his fans expect? Will he leave TNA to go back to his old promoter? Will his next WWE WrestleMania match become his final one?

Hardy’s career in the ring has already spanned two decades. These days, the wrestler has been busy scaring folks at independent shows. However, fans remember him the most for his ladder antics during a match with the Undertaker over a decade ago. He’s been wrestling for a better part of his life. Has the wrestler finally reached the point where he’s now ready to say goodbye? Will he really call it a day soon?

Contrary to rumors, Hardy has not confirmed his early retirement. However, in a recent interview, he did describe how he wants to make his very last exit from the ring.

He wants one last WWE WrestleMania match before he retires for good. Who does he want as an opponent for his final match? The Undertaker, the same wrestler he lost to all those years ago, of course. Hardy doesn’t just want a typical match, though. He wants to face off with the Undertaker in a  Hell in a Cell match.

The wrestling legend has also come up with the perfect finish for his possible final match.  “Man, I want to Swanton off the top of the cell, onto the commentary table. Then, I want to climb the cell, cut the fucking cage, when ‘Taker’s back in the ring, and Swanton through the cage, miss, and then Tombstone 1-2-3,” he explained to LA Weekly.

Will Hardy ever make his way back from TNA to WWE WrestleMania? Will he be able to pull off the final match he’s come up with for himself? No word as of yet to confirm this. Stay tuned for updates.
