Former Victoria’s Secret runway model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shared with her followers how she has switched on to a “brutal” new diet. Rosie, 29, is also the fiancée of “Fast & Furious 8” actor Jason Statham. She has recently discussed her “struggling-to-be-in-the-game” story with InStyle.
The English supermodel has a perfect toned body that any woman would envy. But before one starts to praise Rosie’s A-List lifestyle for her flawless physic, consider focusing on her gruelling sugar, dairy, gluten and alcohol-free diet. We believe it is enough to stop the jealousy and assumption in its tracks.
The Plymouth-born revealed that she is following a ‘brutal’ diet recommended by naturopath doctor Nigma Talib, which took her a few weeks time to adapt.
Huntington-Whiteley told: “Recently, I decided to try a diet plan by a doctor called Dr. Nigma Talib, and she is actually a naturopath, and she believes that good skin and well-being starts with the gut.” She continued, “And so she said to me, ‘If you want to get on my plan, you have to cut out sugar, dairy, gluten, and alcohol.’ And I’m not gonna lie, it’s been brutal. It’s been a really big challenge. It took a couple of weeks to kind of get into it.” Business Insider reports.
However, the outcome makes her feel “fantastic.” The “Max Mad” star said that the exigent diet-plan “certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up all year round, but it’s made me much more mindful of my choices.”
At the same time, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley confessed that she’ll definitely re-introduce cakes, cheese, and wine to her diet in the future.
The story sounds similar to Victoria’s Secret Model Erin Heatherton Weight loss struggle.
As many of us believe, “Beauty-inspired fame comes up with a heavy price tag. There is always an ugly side to ‘getting what you/everyone wants.'”
Daily Mail says, it is probably one of the toughest jobs on this earth to be a model of a luxurious brand like Victoria’s Secret. In fact, things get more challenging after the models walk the runway.
