TLC Tour 2016 is about to arrive in Australia and New Zealand in November.

The two remaining members of the American R&B group – Tionne T-Boz Watkins and Rozonda Chilli Thomas – returned on stage in 2014, more than a decade after the death of original member Lisa Left-Eye Lopes. In 2002, Left-Eye was killed in a car crash in Honduras.

The Grammy Award-winning group sold over 60 million records in the 1990s. TLC rose to fame with their CrazySexyCool record in 1994, which included the chart-topping hits Waterfalls and No Scrubs.

Over the years, T-Boz and Chilli have reunited occasionally. In 2014, the duo performed their first-ever shows in Australia. They are set to come back Down Under this year. The TLC Tour 2016 will be their first-ever performance in New Zealand, too.

The duo has promised a final album in 2017. T-Boz has also hinted that she will retire after the release of their final album. TLC said in a statement: “This album, our final album, is dedicated to all of you that have stuck with us, always challenging us to do our best. And of course, it’s for the new fans, too! We just want to put out great music that touches everyone. That’s it.”

Music icon Montell Jordan will be joining T-Boz and Chilli in their performances in Adelaide and Auckland. Jordan is best known for his 1995 chart hit This Is How We Do It.

The TLC Tour 2016 tickets will be available via Frontier Members‘ pre-sale starting 2pm AEST (4pm NZST) on Wednesday (Aug 24). The general tickets will be available in various ticket outlets from 10am AU time/12pm NZST on August 29.
