Another hero from the Justice League will making a cameo in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie.
Actor Jai Courtney has revealed the The Flash cameo in the forthcoming DC movie. Courtney played the role of Captain Boomerang in the Suicide Squad movie, while Ezra Miller will portray The Flash.
“I didn’t know [Ezra Miller] was in the movie until I saw the movie. It’s funny because I look back on it and I think ‘f—ing moron, of course that’s what’s happening.’ But even shooting that [scene] it didn’t occur to me… That was a little gem they were keeping,” he told Comic Book.
He noted that Miller’s appearance in the Suicide Squad movie was news to him, too. Courtney added that the scene with the Scarlet Speeders was filmed separately.
It was earlier reported that The Flash will appear in David Ayer’s film as part of Captain Boomerang’s origin story. The movie trailer shown at Comic-Con seems to confirm this as brief glimpse of The Flash was seen apprehending Boomerang in the film. Miller’s first cameo as the Flash was in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which premiered earlier this year.
