The excitement for “Star Wars 8” continues to build up and Daisy Ridley has added more fire to it by leaking an image of one of the film’s locations.
The actress shared on Instagram a photo of what seems to be the island where Rey found Jedi Master Luke Skywalker at the conclusion of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” It clearly features the island’s clear waters and rocky coast.
Apparently, Ridley has director Rian Johnson’s blessing for sharing the picture. Ridley captioned the photo:
Ridley, who played Rey in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” did not reveal the location where the picture was taken. However, some of the fans commented that it was taken in Ireland. Cinema Blend wrote the conclusion of the seventh installment of “Star Wars” was taken at Skellig Michael, which is off the south-west coast of Ireland.
Comic Book noted that at the end of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” Rey flew to a mysterious planet along with Chewbacca and R2-D2, where she asked the help of Skywalker (Mark Hamill). The planet now has a name – Ahch-To. The name was disclosed in the WGA script and was later confirmed on Twitter by Lucasfilm’s Story Group member Pablo Hidalgo.
So if you can see the WGA script, yes, the name of the planet from the end of the movie is there.

Meanwhile, Johnson earlier posted on Instagram a picture showing a “Star Wars” character. The photo focuses on a delivery truck with “BB-8” drawn onto its sides.
The eight installment of the legendary franchise is currently filming. It will wrap up by the end of the month, according to Hamill.
