If the speculations are anything to go by then tech aficionados are definitely going to witness the arrival of two Samsung Galaxy S7 devices in the lineup, much like the S6 Edge and S6 Edge Plus.

A recent report on South Korea’s Electronic Times revealed that the Galaxy S7 will indeed land with one handset possessing a 5.2-inch screen and another one as well with a 5.5-inch Edge display. Of course, the tech giant isn’t dropping any hints as to what can be expected with the Galaxy S7 when it does make an appearance. Furthermore, there have been numerous reports suggesting the screen sizes as being 5.5-inch for the Galaxy S7 and a tad bit more for the Edge handset.

On another note, fans may recollect that there had been some disappointment over the non-removable batteries being too small on the Galaxy S6 lineup. According to a recent report on Weibo, there may be a change in that area with the Galaxy S7 lineup.

The battery probably won’t be removable but rumor has it that the device is going to sport a battery as large as 3600mAh. As many tech aficionados may be aware, the Galaxy S6 Edge possessed a 5.1-inch screen and housed a 2600mAh battery, while the S6 Edge Plus with a 5.5-inch display boasted a 3,000mAh battery. So, in any case now, if the S7 model does arrive powered by a battery as large as 3600mAh, it is going to be a noteworthy increase from its predecessors.

Weibo has also revealed some additional details about the upcoming Samsung flagship. The tipster shared that the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge may not feature a 12MP snapper as is being predicted, but will house one with a f/1.7 aperture, which is quite large when compared to the aperture of f/1.9 on S6 and S6 Edge models.

As many know, the S7 lineup is expected to boast upgrades internally while the design more or less will be much like its predecessor. The rumors sure make it appear like the device could steal the hearts of the most ardent Samsung fans.
