Just in time for Halloween, not only have the PS4 console prices been slashed down, there has also been a drop on many popular titles that avid gamers would like to grab.
As reported earlier, a big drop in brand new PS4 consoles has been witness across many markets. PS4 price in Australia now reads out to be $479.95. The gaming console is also available at dropped down prices of €349.99 in Spain, $569.95 in New Zealand, £299.99 in UK and €349.95 in Austria and Germany.
According to a report on WCCF Tech, along with a $70 price cut in Australia, US also saw a $50 price drop on PS4. Furthermore, the 500GB PS4 console is now retailing at a price of £299.99 in UK.
“We are delighted to deliver the PS4 system at its best-ever value just in time for the holiday season, making it more accessible to a broader audience in Europe,” said Sony Computer Entertainment Europe president and CEO Jim Ryan in a press release. “Since the launch of PS4 our aim has always been to provide players with the best gaming experiences at the best value, and we’ve been thrilled with the amount of players who have joined our world.”
Furthermore, gamers can enjoy a drop in prices on some of the games and bundles as well. As noted by VC Post, the titles are available with 5% – 20% discount for the holidays and these include: “Alien: Isolation,” “Alien: Isolation + Season Pass Bundle,” “Daylight,” “Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition,” “Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition,” “DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition,” “Ender of Fire,” “Game of Thrones Season Pass,” “How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition,” “RBI Baseball” and “Kill All Zombies,” amongst other titles.
As noted by WCCF Tech, those planning on getting their hands on a new PS4 console may want to hold out a bit longer since Black Friday is not far away. Gamers could snag some great bundle deals on that day at more discounted rates.
