Pokémon Sun and Moon have several secrets that remain hidden unless you finish the game.

Fortunately, gamers and online communities have been sharing their discoveries once they cracked a mystery in the game. One of the secrets in the Pokémon Sun and Moon that has been uncovered is something that many players have encountered while playing but never realized it before.

Pokémon Sun and Moon players have most often than not visited the Poke Pelago. This is where you send monsters to train, pick up some items or just relax. The island has a caretaker – Mohn. To some, he seems to be unimportant, but according to Kotaku, Sun and Moon mentions Mohn when you visit the Aether surroundings.  He actually helps you develop the islands.

Mohn discovered Ultra Wormholes but he eventually vanished. The Aether family has been looking for Mohn. On the other hand, he set the entire plot of Sun and Moon into motion and is now taking care of level 3 Rattata, Kotaku wrote.

Moreover, Kotaku noted that a player can actually visit Mohn any time. All you have to do is tap your 3DS a few times. You might be wondering why Mohn doesn’t mention any of this. Kotaku has a theory – Mohn is possibly suffering from memory loss. The site noted that it could be due to Ultra Beast effects or the Poke Pelago itself.

Meanwhile, Tech.Mic noted that one of the biggest Pokémon Sun and Moon secrets is Necrozma.

The site noted a leaked Pokédex listing that revealed Necrozma could be a third legendary Pokémon. Apparently, it comes from deep underground and has the ability to refract light.

You can catch this Pokemon after you complete all the Ultra Beast task force missions at the end of the game.
