Japan is celebrating its Golden Week, one of the most anticipated holidays in Japan, from April 29 up to May 5, so Sony has prepared a special “Golden Week” sale for the PlayStation Network in time for the long break.
Japanator has the report on the upcoming digital sale. The Golden Week sale will feature games and movies from Japan and will be at a special discount as low as 50 percent and one can get a discount as much as 7 percent using a PlayStation Plus subscription.
Check out some of the PlayStation 4 games on sale including the newly released ones such as Dariusburst Chronicle Saviours, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel and Onechanbara Z2: Chaos plus some of the classic PS3 games from Bayonetta, Catherine, Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax, Aquapazza, Ragnarok Odyssey Ace, Tears to Tiara II: Heir of the Overlord and PSOne and PS2 classics like Suikoden 3 , Suikoden II, The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, Mega Man 8, Mega Man Legends and many more.
Anime movies are also available during the Golden Week, ranging from Bayonetta: Bloody Fate, Appleseed Alpha, Akira, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Dragon Ball Z Resurrection F, Iron Man: Rise of Technovore and some of the popular anime series like Free! – Eternal Summer –, Guilty Crown, Danganronpa, Black Butler, Attack on Titan and more.
Those who want to find out more on the Golden Week sale, they can visit the PSN site for the full list of the games, movies, and series. But be sure to get them early as the PSN Golden Week Sale will only last until next Monday, May 2. The games are available for the PS4, PS3, PS Vita and PSP.
