Everyone wants Leonardo DiCaprio to take home the Oscar. While all of us are wishing him the very best, guess who else sent her wishes? British singer Adele took to Twitter with this hilarious post to wish “The Revenant” actor the very best in his run to the Oscars.
In a recent tweet, the “Hello” singer posted, “Good luck Leo! Everyone loves you because you’re the best. Meet me at the clock anytime bruv X.” She has also posted a photograph of the grand staircase from the movie “Titanic” with her standing there, reports The Sun. She has posted the same image and caption on her Instagram too.

The 41-year-old actor has been nominated this year in the Best Actor category for his performance in the gritty revenge drama, “The Revenant.” DiCaprio has had a great awards run so far, with him bagging the SAG Awards and The BAFTAs so far. However, the Oscars trophy has eluded the actor throughout his professional life.
It is not just Adele or his fans, even rival Best Actor nominee, Eddie Redmayne, is of the opinion that “The Wolf of Wall Street” star should get an Oscar this year. Celeb Buzz reports that Redmayne said “In my mind it is pretty much certainly Leo’s year and he really deserves it. I am going along to enjoy the night.”
Even good friend Kate Winslet believes that this year is going to be DiCaprio’s year. “I think you can sort of feel it and I think that everyone wants it for him,” she said. It’s probably going to be Leo’s year,” she said last month while attending the London Critics Circle Film Awards, reports Daily Mail.
That is not all, Leo fanatics from Russia have organised a campaign “Oscar for Leo” to ensure he gets an Oscar even if the Academy decides not to award him one this year. ANN reported that the fans from the Siberian region of Yakutia have donated their silver and gold valuables or jewellery which is to be melted and sculpted into an Oscar statue. Additionally, a videogame has also been created by The Line animation studio to help “The Revenant” actor win his Golden statue. The game is called “Leo’s Red Carpet Rampage” wherein players help the actor get his hands on the Oscar.
