One Direction members Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson are allegedly “not on speaking terms.” Could this be the end of the British pop group?
A source told The Daily Star (via News.com.au) that Styles and Tomlinson are not even talking to each other when the boy band decided to lie low for a while. As a result, another insider claims on The Sun that the hiatus might take longer.
“One Direction is not coming together in a year or even two, the fans have hoped that the group would honour their announcement of returning within 12 months,” as quoted. “But that is a long way off and the boys are not even on track to mention a comeback, all four are loving their own solo freedom,” the source allegedly stated.
Styles and Tomlinson, along with Niall Horan and Liam Payne, announced their hiatus at the end of their On The Road tour. After that, it has been rumoured that Styles is getting ready to pursue a solo career by attending voice lessons.
It has also been reported that Elton John will be his mentor. More than that, the One Direction lad will have his first acting stint in the film “Dunkirk.”
“Jeffrey is determined to make Harry a superstar as he believes he has the popularity and talent to be the next Justin Timberlake,” according to News.com.au, “The project will take at least three years for Harry, and the feeling is that 1D is very much a thing of the past.”
On the other hand, Tomlinson has been enjoying fatherhood after L.A. stylist Briana Jungwirth gave birth to his son named Freddie Reign a couple of months ago. The birth of his first child brought controversy but he looks like happy taking care of his kid.
