The Golden State Warriors will host the Houston Rockets at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA, on Tuesday, Feb. 9, starting 10:30 PM ET.

The Warriors are all set to extent their nine-game wining streak in their final home game before the All-Star break. As per the NBA reports, the Warriors will meet the Rockets for the third and final time this season. The Warriors got the better of the Rockets twice before the upcoming meet.

Stephen Curry led the attack in Saturday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder winning 116-108 at the Oracle Arena. The Warriors have now extended their record to 46-4 this season.

As far as the Rockets is concerned, they still have a long way to go in the season. Playing the Warriors on their home turf won’t be easy especially given their winning streak and their form this season.

The NBA quotes, “At 27-26, Houston sits just a single game above .500, and currently occupies the seventh spot in the Western Conference playoff race, only 1.5 games ahead of ninth-place Portland.”

“While the Rockets have managed to score at a high rate with the fourth-highest points per game average in the league, they haven’t carried that success to the defensive end, where they allow an average of 106.5 points per game, good for 28th in the NBA.”

James Harden stands out as one of their star performers. He leads the team in both scoring (27.7) and assists (7.1) per game, the source notes.

He is a member of the Western Conference All-Stars. Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond green are also members of the Western Conference.
