The fashion icon and the business woman Kim Kardashian seem to be glowing these days. She looks absolutely fit and fine after the baby bump. In her website, she notes that looking back at her old selfies, post birth of her first child motivated her to return to that slender shape.

The Daily Mail spotted her coming out from Los Angeles’s Epione Cosmetic Laser Center in a well-toned body, wearing a blue cap. She has shed 42 lbs after giving birth to her second child Saint.

“I was pretty proud of myself,” the reality star told her fans of the post-baby selfies taken a few years ago. “I had gotten into really good shape; I had lost some weight; I think I lost all my weight at this point.”“I was in Thailand, in my hotel room, and North was sleeping in the bed,” Kardashian added, “and it was night time and I couldn’t fall asleep, so I just wanted to take some pictures, some selfies, to remember how I felt when I felt just like, ‘Okay I did it, I accomplished it. I am in really good shape and I did it, I lost all that weight,’” the 35-year-old actress said in her website.

The clue behind her drastic weight loss was a well-balanced healthy diet. “A strict diet of proteins, healthy fats and absolutely no sugar, summing upto 1,800 calories a day,” People reported.

She had been following Atkins Diet plan since January (following the birth of her second child in December) of which she is a brand ambassador.She had shed 60lbs which she gained during the pregnancy.Besides healthy food, selfie-expert Kim relied on those old photos for losing weight.

“And, you know, I have to be patient, this was a year after I had North I think. You know, it’s still motivating to me when you think you’re so far off from your goal,” the Armenian actress said in her video.
