Kate Middleton is off to India and the world can’t wait for what the duchess is going to wear on her trip to Asia.

The Duchess is headed to a royal tour in India and Bhutan this month.

The six-day tour is reported by the International Business Times to include a range of high profile events including a charity gala with A-list Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.

There will also be meetings with local non-governmental organizations and children’s charities.

A visit to a slum, a hike to a mountaintop monastery and a visit to the world famous monument of love, the Taj Mahal are also part of the itinerary.

As reported by The Telegraph, the Duchess have 12-15 outfit choices during the six-day visit.

The website also added that a pair of hiking boots is included in her wardrobe as the Royal couple are gonna go on a six-hour trek to Tiger’s Nest monastery.

Middleton’s private secretary reportedly made a note to consider about the locations the Duchess will visit so that she has an idea of what outfits will and won’t work.

The website reports that the team visited the locations the Duchess will visit beforehand and took photos.

The images will be used as guides to determine how formal she needs to dress and what colours will look best against the backdrops.

“She is in charge of it herself and takes an interest in paying tribute to the host country with nods to their culture and local style on at least a few of the engagements,” a royal source told website.

“The important factor on this tour is the heat, so that’s an issue that plays a big part in the choice of outfits.”

Middleton and Prince William has recently been in a scandal with the two with the two slammed for their lifestyle.

Prince William was reported to have been in fewer public appearances last year than his 94-year-old grandfather while Middleton was recently criticized when Peta, an animal rights organization, is up in arms over the Duchess of Cambridge’s decision to allegedly wear fur mittens.
