Now with most early 2016 flagships already introduced to the world, the sights are on HTC 10 and what new it will offer for tech aficionados.
Tweets by HTC teasing some of the key features of the device have been increasing the anticipation surrounding its launch. Now with the most recent tweet on the company’s official account comes in the word about the handsets audio quality.
The tweet, “Here comes the new boom. You’ll hear it. #powerof10,” directly hints at the device’s BoomSound and also puts to rest rumours that suggested the device would ship sans the front speakers. The accompanying image depicts the speaker grille at the top with speakers again to HTC One M8 and One M9 at the bottom, on the front panel.

Just to recap, so far we have seen the chamfered design followed by the tweet, “World First, World Class, Front and Back. You’ll see. #powerof10.” The image accompanying the line showed off two camera lenses. It is being speculated that the handset could well be embedded with dual cameras on the back as well as the front. Now, that would be quite something and worthy of the “World First” tag; but let’s wait and watch with the D-day being just a few weeks away.
As shared by Tech Radar, HTC in an email underlined that on “On April 12 we are introducing the newest HTC smartphone.” The tech giant will be doing so through an online event scheduled for 5am PT and will be broadcasted on htc.com.
Bringing together all the teasers and the speculations about the upcoming handset, it appears that it could probably be what the doctor ordered for the ailing company. If rumours are anything to go by, then the handset does appear to be packing in quite a punch.
It will be interesting to see how the upcoming HTC 10 would stack up against the other 2016 flagships from rival companies that are already gearing up to hit store shelves.
Keep coming back for more updates, rumours and speculations on HTC 10.
