“Home and Away” will be back early next year. And what’s the best way to welcome the new year? The entrance of additional cast on the show. New character Justin Morgan will be introduced.

According to Mail Online, James Stewart was spotted on the set of “Home and Away” on Tuesday. After being away for a year, the 40-year-old is finally back on the Nine Network.

James is set to play the character of Justin Morgan. Justin’s the brother of Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger) and Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood). The Morgan brothers will make their first appearance on screen in 2016.

The Australian actor looked very relaxed while shooting scenes on the set. It appears that James has embraced his new role and is excited to join the entire cast of “Home and Away.”

James was also spotted with his new female co-star Elle Harris. Just like James, Elle recently settled into life in Summer Bay. What do you think would be her role on the show?

As mentioned on the site, James’ new role marked his return to the small screen. The actor took a year off to spend more time with his three-year-old daughter, Scout. He made his last appearance earlier this year in one of Nine Network’s mini-series.

After spending six years together, the actor ended his relationship with his fiancé, Jessica Marais. Although they have no ill feelings towards one another, the site mentioned that Jessica spent less time with their daughter this year.

Next year, The Daily Telegraph noted that they’ll both appear on rival networks. While James will make his debut on “Home and Away,” Jessica will star in Channel 10’s new series “The Wrong Girl.”

The site mentioned that James is definitely ready to go back to work. But more than that, he’s excited for the Morgan brothers’ appearance on the show.

“Creating this family is probably more our priority than taking over the Brax boys. How do you take on Steve Peacocke(Brax)? I hope Australia is ready for it, it is the way it is,” James said.
