A shocking episode awaits fans of “Home and Away” as two characters will be killed.
A deadly explosion will rock Summer Bay and two people won’t make it out alive, DigitalSpy reported. Channel 7 released a trailer that gave a sneak peek at the carnage coming. According to DigitalSpy, the teaser has confirmed that two characters will be dead, but their identities remain under wrap.
Bonnie Sveen, who played Ricky Sharpe, earlier confirmed that she is leaving “Home and Away.” In her Instagram account, she wrote: “And so it is with a sad but proud heart I announce the end of my Home & Away journey. If someone had told me 10 years ago that I’d be playing a staunch, surfy chick in Summer Bay (and that it would bring me more joy than I could imagine) I wouldn’t have believed them. A magical place to shoot scenes all colours of the rainbow, with a tireless crew and production team. And a cast that I have learnt from and grown amongst.”
It was also earlier reported that Tai Hara, who portrayed Andy Barrett, left the show. Could Ricky and Andy be the victims of the explosion? Fans in Australia will see this episode next month while UK viewers will have to wait until the summer.
“Home and Away” airs weekdays at 1:15 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Channel 5 in the UK, and Monday to Thursday at 7 p.m. on Channel 7 in Australia.

However, in his announcement on Twitter, Bennet wrote, “After a brief hiatus I’ve signed on to return for a wee bit longer. Glad you’re enjoying the show 🙂 Best stuff coming!”
