Will Baby Groot regain its actual size in Guardians of the Galaxy 2? Find out the latest buzz here.
Those who were able to watch the first movie might already know that Groot sacrificed himself to help others. Hence, becoming a small-sized creature. Then, rumors are strong that he will return to his original form.
The Stopru reported that he can use photosynthesis to grow as large as he could, or else, stay in his cute tiny form. But whatever his destiny will be, it is sure that he will still be part of Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
Meanwhile, director James Gunn might be busy with other projects after his work at the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is currently directing the upcoming film, The Belko Experiment.
Contrary to his work on the superhero film, the synopsis of the latter is far different from his recent work. Read the synopsis below; courtesy of TIFF:
“It at first seems to be an ordinary morning on the job for a group of Americans working for a not-for-profit in a modern office building in Colombia. After noticing that their Colombian colleagues have not arrived for work, office worker Mike (John Gallagher, Jr.) spots some unfamiliar security guards entering a large hangar nearby.”
“Moments later, an icy voice comes over the building’s PA system and calmly explains that the employees must kill a certain number of their co-workers — if not, they will be killed themselves.”
The film sounds like a thriller one as compared to the comedic but action theme of the Marvel flick. The Belko Experiment will be out on March 17, 2017. On the other hand, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will hit the cinemas on April 25, 2017.
