“Game of Thrones” and “The Walking Dead” both have sizeable fanbases. Both shows have their own villainous version of zombies. Both shows will return with Season 7 soon. Will the two hit series combine forces in a future episode? Should fans expect a crossover between the two shows soon?

No, the Night King’s Army of the Dead from “Game of Thrones” will not join forces with the walkers from “The Walking Dead” anytime soon. However, two fan favorites from these shows recently hung out together.

According to Perez Hilton, Arya Stark recently met up with Daryl Dixon. Or rather, the actors playing these iconic characters – Maisie Williams and Norman Reedus – bumped into each other and took a photo together.

Reedus himself posted the “adorable” selfie on Instagram. The actor even admitted he loves watching the young actress’ HBO series. “A girl has fans,” the photo read. “Game of Thrones! Season was so [expletive] good! Love this show!” the actor added.

Could a crossover be possible between the two series? It might be unlikely since rival networks, AMC and HBO, produce the shows in question. But Arya and Daryl could work well together if that crossover ever does happen.

Meanwhile, actress Lena Headey, who plays Cersei Lannister on “Game of Thrones,” thinks Arya should be the one to kill her character next season. In the show’s season finale, Tywin Lannister’s only daughter – Spoiler Alert! – recently took the Iron Throne for herself.

According to Entertainment Weekly, however, Headey thinks Cersei would not sit on it as queen for too long. She even predicts her death might come sooner than later.

The actress isn’t concerned about her character’s probable death. “I’ve always said that when it happens, as long as it’s kinda glorious and gory and it’s by the right person,” she said. Headey thinks the “right person” to kill her is Arya Stark herself.
