Cameras are already rolling for the “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel after months of delay. New cast members were also announced.
Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are reprising their respective roles as Christian Grey amd Anastasia Steel, respectively, for “Fifty Shades Darker.”
The author also announced that Brant Daugherty will be a part of the third film in the franchise, “Fifty Shades Freed.”

Daugherty, who is known for his role in the hit TV series “Pretty Little Liars,” expressed his appreciation for James’ message and wrote on Twitter: “Thanks for the warm welcome @E_L_James! I can’t say how excited I am to bring Sawyer to life #FiftyShades.”

The actor also confirmed on Instagram his role as Luke Sawyer and added that he “can’t wait for you all to see what we have in store.”
In the book series, Christian hires Luke to protect Anastasia from her unwanted suitor, Jack Hyde, Inquisitr wrote.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Eric Johnson will be playing the role of Jack and he will be introduced as Anastasia’s new employer, who also has a competing history with Christian.
Johnson will be joined by a number of new faces in “Fifty Shades Darker.” The list includes Bella Heathcote, who will play Leila Williams, Kim Basinger, who portrays Elena Lincoln, and Arielle Kebbell as Gia Matteo.
“Fifty Shades Darker” is scheduled to premiere on February 10, 2017. The third installment in the franchise, “Fifty Shades Freed,” will be released in 2018.
