Frank Dillane ran into some trouble the night of the “Fear The Walking Dead” mid-season finale on Sunday, May 22 in Los Angeles, California. A new report claims that the actor got into a fight with a security guard on a studio lot, which led to him being booked by the Los Angeles Police Department.
Frank Dillane ended up in a tussle with a guard at the CBS studios in Los Angeles on Sunday night, according to TMZ. The site claims that Frank Dillane tried to skip a security checkpoint within the studio and guards tried to stop him. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old actor was reportedly unhappy about the attention from security and allegedly took a swing at one of the guards.
The guards then detained Frank Dillane until the LAPD arrived to arrest him, reportedly charging him with battery. A source told the outlet that Dillane’s behaviour was “erratic” at the time. Reps of the actor have yet to comment regarding this matter.
The English actor is the son of “Game of Thrones” actor Stephen Dillane and started his acting career as a child. Frank Dillane first gained attention while playing Tom Riddle, the young Voldemort, in 2009’s “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.”
Last year, he was cast as drug addict Nick in the “Walking Dead” spin-off as a dysfunctional family struggling to survive the zombie apocalypse. He told the Radio Times last month regarding his character, saying, “Nick is, essentially, at the start of the show, already living in his own apocalypse. When you are already living on the outskirts of society in anyway when society falls, you are the closest to understanding how to cope.”
He had a good year in 2015 where besides joining the cast of Fear the Walking Dead, he also appeared in the Netflix series “Sense8” and in the film “In the Heart of the Sea.”
