“Fast and Furious 8” will be filming in Cleveland Ohio and the production team is in need of local crew and vendors.
This will be the chance for the locals to be a part of the upcoming film, notes WKYC as the team is going to shoot some scenes on the Northern part of Ohio. Clevelandfilm.com announced the job posting on their website.
“The Second Unit of ‘Fast 8’ is requesting submissions for local crew and vendors for its upcoming Cleveland shoot,” the post reads. “Those interested may contact the production by email only at firstname.lastname@example.org.”
The updates about when and how long the production team will be in Ohio are going to be out soon. So far, the only confirmed locations via IMDb are New York and Atlanta, Georgia.
The latest news about “Fast and Furious 8” aside from the set location is about Justin Bieber who is rumoured to be joining the cast. He is said to be portraying Lucas Black’s race buddy.
Meanwhile, there is still no definite answer whether the late Paul Walker’s character, Brian O’Conner, will have a cameo appearance on the movie. While others claimed that his brother, Cody Walker, will be his replacement, others stated that the late actor might be featured thru flashbacks.
Aside from Bieber and Paul Walker’s brother, other cast include Charlize Theron as the main. On the other hand, Michell Rodriguez is rumoured to be reprising her role.
The actors who will also be reprising their roles are Ludacris, Black, Tyrese Gibson, Eva Mendes, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, and Vin Diesel.
The highly-anticipated film will be having two more sequels as well, as Diesel confirmed, reports Digital Spy.
“Universal has been so good to me and so trusting of the vision. They have been like family. I promised the studio I would deliver one last Trilogy to end the saga.”
“Fast and Furious 8” kicks off in theatres on April 14, 2017.
