Chelsea will take on MK Dons for the first time in the FA Cup fourth round tie at Stadium MK, after a morale boosting victory over rivals Arsenal in the premier league.

Chelsea will continue to keep the winning form, as they look to salvage their worst season in the open era. They will be looking for nothing more than a win against Karl Robinson’s side, with MK Dons having lost their last fixture in the Championship and struggling in the division in 20th place.

Guus Hiddink has steered Chelsea’s ship quite well so far since the departure of Jose Mourinho. With the premier league trophy long but gone, they will hope to go all the way in the FA Cup.

“We’re not here to pass the time. Chelsea must always go for a title. The FA Cup is a target” Hiddink told BBC.

Diego Costa and Pedro are both fit for the game, but fellow striker Loic Remy has been ruled out due to a calf injury. It will be interesting to see if new signing Alexandre Pato makes it to the squad.

MK Dons meanwhile will welcome back Rob Hall, who was ineligible to play in the last game against Bolton wanderers. Kyle McFadzean also returns to the squad after a ban.

Robinson will be without the services of Striker Ni Nicky Maynard, Carl Baker, Matthew Upson and Ben Reeves according to Evening Standard, while George Baldock is cup-tied.

“On the day the players have to perform. All the prep and hard work that goes into every game doesn’t mean anything if we go and freeze” Robinson told BBC.

“I know they won’t. I know we’ll try to do our best. The last words I’ll say will be, ‘Go and enjoy the experience’.”It’s going to be a wonderful experience, playing against some of the best players in the world.”
