The red carpet parade at the Emmy Awards 2016 has just started, and many already have their bet for best dressed this year.
Stranger Things kids – Caleb McLaughlin Gaten Matarazzo and Millie Bobby Brown – have made their debut on the biggest awards night for primetime TV shows.
Twelve-year-old actress Brown wore a Valentino Red dress. McLaughlin told Giuliana Rancic at the red carpet that his stylist made the custom tuxedo he was wearing. Matarazzo, on the other hand, bought his outfit himself.
When asked how it feels to be famous, McLaughlin confessed, “Almost every day [the attention’s been] increasing at the moment, so it’s been a wonderful ride.” The three young stars quickly rose to fame when they appeared in the Netflix science fiction drama Stranger Things.
Other head turners at the Emmy Awards 2016 red carpet are some fan favorite actresses on television.
Modern Family star Sarah Hyland also looked stunning in her off-the-shoulder burgundy dress. UnREAL’s Shiri Appleby is dressed in a sequined blue dress and could be a contender for best dressed at the Emmys.
Scandal lead star Kerry Washington was gorgeous as ever in a black dress with cutouts.
Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke wore a skintone Atelier Versace dress. American Horror Story star Lady Gaga stunned fans when she showed up in a sophisticated black dress. The Joanne singer usually arrives in awards nights in eccentric outfits. Quantico star Priyanka Chopra also looked amazing in her Jason Wu red gown. She wore Brian Atwood sandals to match her gown.
Late Late Show host James Corden showed off his red carpet statement in an LA Rams cheerleader outfit. The Late Late Show and James have earlier collected some Creative Arts Emmys.
