The preview for “Dragon Ball Super” episode 50 is already out now and it hints that Black Goku might defeat Goku even in the latter’s Super Saiyan form. This article might contain spoilers so read at your own risk.

The YouTube trailer began with the two identical opponents getting ready for battle. Then, Goku transforms into Super Saiyan mode and gives an all-in punch to Black Goku.

However, the villain was able to recover quickly and delivers a massive counter-attack on Goku. Suddenly, the trailer ended with Goku lying on the ground.

Could this mean that the antagonist is way stronger than him? Or Goku was just measuring Black Goku’s ability?

Furthermore, Yibada translates the preview trailer for “Dragon Ball Super” episode 50 with the alleged title “Goku vs. Goku Black! The Path to the Sealed Future!”

“Hey, this is Goku! This Black guy, he really does look just like me. How did he get here from the future? I don’t understand any of this, but first things first: I am gonna see just how strong he is!”

Meanwhile, Twitter user and avid “Dragon Ball Super” fan Todd Blankership also provided a jump preview for the next episode. The website noted that it has been released before episode 49 was aired.

Aside from Goku and Black Goku’s fight, the transcription reveals Lord Beerus and Whis’ observations. The preview has a headline that states “An impossible showdown! Goku vs. Goku Black!”

“A Goku Black invades from Trunks’ future! Excited to fight a strong opponent, Goku immediately challenges him to one-on-one combat, but Goku Black isn’t taking the fight seriously?!”

“Beerus and Whis this week: Taking note of Goku Black’s ring! Beerus and Whis notice that Goku Black’s wearing a ‘Time Ring.’ But, originally only Kaioshins were able to use it?!” the preview states.

Meanwhile, Attack of the Fanboy reported that episode 49 reveals the history of Future Trunks. Notably, Future Trunks used the time machine to go the present time.

The episode also reveals that Future Trunks thought Goku was killed by Cell. On the other hand, the ‘Time Ring’ that Black Goku must be the villain’s weapon in haunting him.

All in all, the website stated that the episode was “full of exposition.” Nonetheless, episode 50 is expected to be more intense.
