“Destiny: Rise of Iron” was reported to have released a new trailer, DLC and more updates for fans. Did the fans  find their trailer boring?

From a first look at the newly released trailer, it could not possibly be boring since every interesting scene was captured from the clip..

Pete Parsons, CEO of Bungie, said that the company worked so hard to keep everything packed with action and challenges for the players to enjoy.

He said, “Rise of the Iron” is an exciting addition to the Destiny universe. We are continually blown away and inspired by the growing Destiny community’s energy and enthusiasm.”

CEO of Activision Eric Hirshberg supported his claims. He shared how his team worked every inch of the new game to make everything great as promised, Express.co.uk reported.

“We have been working hard with our partners at Bungie and are planning great, new content for Destiny’s 30 million registered players,” he said.

He continued, “Rise of the Iron is the first step in fulfilling that promise.”

Hirshberg also revealed what “Destiny: Rise of the Iron” fans could expect from the coming gameplay. He cited new location, new Raid and even a new Strike.

“There’s a ton of content packed in Rise of Iron, including a new location, a new Raid and a new Strike, combined with more quests, weapons, gear, a competitive multiplayer mode and more that we think players are going to love,” he added.

Meanwhile, “Destiny: Rise of the Iron” pre-order was already announced by Bungie. The game will be available in Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

NDTV reported the whole new features players could enjoy with the new “Destiny” game series. These include the following:

  • New Story Campaign & Quests
  • New Armor & Gear
  • New Weapons
  • New Maximum Light Increase
  • New Strike
  • New Plaguelands Zone & Social Space
  • New Crucible Mode & Maps
  • New Enemy Faction & Bosses

For those who want to get reservations, they could receive limited-edition items like the black and silver Iron Gjallarhorn starting September 16.

This Iron Gjallarhorn was described as a fan favourite weapon and was said to make its return in the coming game.

Aside from the pre-order, players should complete in-game quest to earn this item, Bungie announced.
