Call of Duty Infinite Warfare is all set to cast Kit Harington as the new face of the enemy. It has been confirmed that Game of Thrones’ Jon Snow will be playing the villain in the new Call of Duty game.

Activision’s Call of Duty Facebook page revealed a video, which features Game of Thrones star Kit Harington in full motion capture getup as the new enemy’s face.

According to Screen Rant, the revelation is as short as a “blink-and-you’ll-miss-it.” However, it is quite probable that we will be getting more information later this week during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

It is quite well known that Kit “Jon Snow” Harington has been in videogames. Kit had voiced Jon Snow in the famous Telltale Games series.

Call of Duty is a first person shooter game which is among the most popular videogames internationally. Harington will be playing a villain in the newest Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, by taking himself into a position that is little outside his area of expertise.

Taylor Kurosaki, the narrative director believes that Kit is amazingly talented “and the consummate pro.”

“Our story is about an epic showdown of opposing forces,” said Taylor.

“Kit immersed himself into the role and truly became the embodiment of the enemy, the Settlement Defense Front. We can’t wait for fans to see Kit play an entirely different kind of character.”

Harington’s scenes in Call of Duty Infinite Warfare were directed by Snatch director Guy Ritchie. Ritchie had worked in the Call of Duty franchise before, says Winter is Coming.

“It meant a lot to us to develop the role into everything it could be,” said Dave Stohl, Infinity Ward’s studio head.
