More DC heroes are expected to appear in the upcoming “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” than was previously announced.
It was previously announced that Aquaman (Jason Momoa) will make a debut in the highly-anticipated DC movie.
The Flash (Ezra Miller) will also make a brief or more of a blur appearance, according to Latino Review.
Miller will be making a slightly longer appearance out of his red costume and in his civilian alter ego, Barry Allen, MovieWeb noted.
There were also speculations that Cyborg (Ray Fisher) will appear in the second half of the movie, although it is not clear if he will be seen in full Cyborg costume or not, ComicBook Resources noted.
Meanwhile, movie production designer Patrick Tatopoulous earlier teased about Doomday’s role in the upcoming film.
Doomsday appeared in the recent trailer of the DC movie and Tatopoulous revealed that there’s a lot more to that.
He said: “Seeing the Superman we know, be gone, and then replaced with this reproduction is really going to make fans think of how we look at these super beings. It was especially interesting to figure out, how would you create Superman from Zod… then how would that involve into Doomsday.”
“Doomsday isn’t just the final act. Those feeling they may know too much this early, are going to be in for a true surprise,” Tatopoulous added.
“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” will premiere on March 25, 2016. It stars Ben Affeck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman).
The Zack Snyder’s movie will also feature Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Batman’s butler/armorer Alfred), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne (Daily Planet editor Perry White), Diane Lane (Martha Kent) and Holly Hunter (U.S. Senator Finch).
