Adele is typically friendly with her fans. Her warm character is what many love about her. However, she draws the line at her family’s privacy especially when it comes to her 3-year-old son, Angelo, with partner Simon Konecki.
The Sun reported about a hacker’s intrusion into Adele’s private life. The website revealed the theft of personal photos from Konecki’s email account. The photos were taken without the singer or her partner’s permission. These then made their way to a Facebook account.
The Sun noted that the account belonged to “mega-fans” of the singer. However, a solitary fan may redeem the songstress’ trust in her followers.
One of Adele’s fans, who happens to be a member of the private FB group, called the attention of her management to the breach.
“I was appalled and upset for Adele when I saw the pictures. They are really private and should not be passed around,” the whistleblower told The Sun. “I think it is disgusting that her so-called fans were sending them around and I thought it should be stopped. They are way too private, especially the scan and picture of her when she was pregnant.”
“If Adele wanted to share these pictures I am sure she would. It would be up to her if she wants intimate pictures like this shown around,” the fan added.
The theft is a reminder of what Adele dislikes about fame, an industry source told The Sun.
Adele spoke about fame with Rolling Stone prior to the release of “25” in November.
“People think I hate being famous,” Adele said. “And I don’t. I’m really frightened of it. I think it’s really toxic, and I think it’s really easy to be dragged into it.”
Would this signal another hiatus by the songstress?
Unlikely, since she is in the middle of her “25” concert tour. The songstress is presently on tour promoting her latest album. To date, she’s managed to get up close and personal with her fans as an added bonus for coming to the show.
Adele even helped a fan propose to her boyfriend on leap year.
