The Super Bowl is one of the most awaited events in the world of sports as well as in entertainment. It is also the highest rated TV program of the year.
Coldplay started the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, performing their hit songs “Viva La Vida” and then followed by “Paradise.” For their third song, the British band rocked out “Adventure of a Lifetime,” the lead single from their seventh studio album.
Halftime show alums Bruno Mars followed Coldplay’s set with “Uptown Funk” and Beyoncé sang “Formation.” Bey released the music video for the song a day before her Super Bowl 2016 performance.
The Super Bowl halftime show also highlighted the past 50 years of the event, which featured past halftime performances including those from Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen and James Brown.
For the final song, Queen Bey, Coldplay and Mars sang “Up & Up” as the crowd held up signs to form the words “believe in love.”
Since more than 100 million people have watched Super Bowl 50, a lot of social media users can’t help but comment on the event, Chron noted.
The Super Bowl 50 halftime show, which featured Beyonce, Bruno Mars and Coldplay, was not the only highlight of the Sunday’s event that gathered several memes on social media. Even the Denver Broncos’ victory over the Carolina Panthers generated memes before, during and after the game.

I don't know why they keep saying Coldplay featuring Beyonce. You don't say the The Son and the Holy Spirit featuring the Father.
