Zayn Malik News: Adele to Help Singer Fight Anxiety?

After coming clean about his battle with anxiety, Zayn Malik is reportedly turning to fellow singer Adele for advice. It was recently revealed that the 23-year-old former One Direction singer has been dealing with anxiety issues for years.

According to Zayn Malik news, the singer’s camp stated that they have contacted Adele’s manger, Jonathan Dickins, to help the young star manage anxiety. The Hello singer also struggled with crippling anxiety, but has since overcome it, Mirror reported.

The Grammy-winning songstress suffered panic attacks and anxiety issues in the early years of her career and she was finding it difficult to perform in front of large crowds.

“I have anxiety attacks, constant panicking on stage, my heart feels like it’s going to explode because I never feel like I’m going to deliver, ever,” Adele said in a previous interview. “I will not do festivals. The thought of an audience that big frightens the life out of me.”

The report follows Zayn Malik news stating the star is pulling out of the Capital Summertime Ball due to anxiety issues, saying he “suffered the worst anxiety of [his] career” due to the “magnitude of the event.”

According to the Daily Mail, Zayn’s team is “doing everything they can to help him” since his anxiety is inflicting a major blow to his career.

“They’re pulling in people who can help him because he can overcome this and if he’s going to stay in music and singing he absolutely has to get it under control,” the source revealed.
