The Yeezy Boost 750 sneaker series was earlier expected to be released in March. But the launch was pushed back indefinitely. Could fans really expect it to drop in June?
High Snobiety seems to think so. Or at least, that’s what an anonymous source told them. According to the lifestyle news site, Kanye West’s Yeezy Boost 750 will go on sale on June 11. However, this has yet to be confirmed.
According to High Snobiety’s source, the colorway will be named “Grilleg.” What could this “cryptic” name possibly mean? The news site took the liberty of doing a Google search for the word. What came up are “everything from Twitter handles to Indian chicken steak.”
High Snobiety also suggests it could be an abbreviation for “grilled eggplant.” This suggestion is not too far-fetched, though. As the news site pointed out, a previous 350 Boost was called “pirblk.” It was later found out that it was an abbreviation of “Pirate Black.”
What would the Yeezy Boost 750 look like? High Snobiety said there has been a “brown and gum” 750 Boost floating around online for a while now. But again, those images have yet to be confirmed as legit. Stay tuned for updates.
Meanwhile, trouble might once again be brewing between Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian. According to Hollywood Life, the rapper was earlier seen flirting with actress Emily Ratajkowski during the Met Ball.
“Kanye was drooling over Emily and kept trying to find excuses to talk to her,” a source told the gossip news site. “Kim looked so uncomfortable and glum. Emily acted like she was oblivious to all the attention Kanye was giving her.” The event reportedly proved to be a “total nightmare” for Kardashian. “Poor Kim had a terrible time at the ball and was desperate for it to end,” the source added.
