‘X Men Apocalypse’ Trailer: Olivia Munn Talks Painful Part of Being Superhero

“X Men Apocalypse” actress Olivia Munn talks about the painful part of being one of the movie’s superhero as she portrays the character Psylocke.

Well, aside from the fact the being a heroine is cool, Munn revealed that the preparation for the role has “taken its toll” on her. Her latest Instagram photo revealed her bruises which she claimed to have obtained from extensive training.

Since this is her first ever role as a superhero, her first attempt at solo fighting scenes training ended up with bruises and all, hence the photo. Her latest film includes playing the role of a reporter, Chess Roberts in “Iron Man 2.”

“I did get hurt training. Most of it was self-inflicted,” she said during a Twitter Q&A, quotes Entertainment Weekly. “I have a picture of my leg on my right side just completely bruised literally from my ankle all the way up my thigh, and that was just when I was at home trying to learn sword by myself, and this is before I asked for maybe a not-so-sharp blade to practice with.”

Meanwhile, the trailer for the much- anticipated “X Men Apocalypse” has been revealed. According to Coming Soon, 20th Century Fox has released the first clip featuring the return of Rose Byrne’s Moira MacTaggert.

Her role was also unveiled as she reveals her work in tracking down the film’s title villain. So far, the first teaser as already gathered more than 60k views as of writing and continues to receive positive feedbacks.

The much-awaited motion picture also stars James McAvoy as Charles Xaver, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert, Lucas Till as Havok. On the other hand, there are newcomers such as Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Ben Hardy as Angel, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, and Lana Condor as Jubilee. Oscar Isaac is the antagonist.
