“X Men Apocalypse” recently had its London premiere. Word is out that stars are gearing up to hit the red carpet in Sydney. While Magneto Michael Fassbender already confirmed, is Jennifer Lawrence making a trip to Sydney too?
“X Men Apocalypse” opens in Australia on May 19 and the Sydney premiere of the Marvel movie is slated for May 16. Fassbender is attending the event. However, fans will surely be disappointed if the other actors don’t make it. News.com.au reveals that the Irish actor, who plays Magneto in “X Men Apocalypse,” is already in Sydney. He is currently busy working on a Ridley Scott film called “Alien: Covenant.”
In addition to Fassbender, the movie stars Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique. Lawrence was recently spotted at the London premiere of the film looking breathtaking in a silvery Dior number. Her platinum locks and dark lips completed the look.
She teamed her dress with a pair of heels and she stumbled yet again at the event, states Daily Mail. The “Joy” actress wanted to avoid the rain outside BFI IMAX. She stumbled when she broke into a run for cover towards her fans. However, one of the aides helped her. In another instance at the same event, the clumsy actress wobbled while she was being guided by an usher inside the venue.
According to Mirror, this is not the first fumble for the actress. She suffered her first public fall in 2013 when she was walking up to the stage to collect her Best Actress Oscar. The following year, she tripped over a traffic cone on the red carpet.
As of now, it is still not known whether Jennifer Lawrence and rest of the cast will arrive in Sydney for the “X Men Apocalypse” premiere. However, Sydneysiders will take all the precautions to make sure Lawrence can walk straight if she attends.
