Fans and viewers of “X Factor” UK were reported to call the British show “a fix.” This was after Anton Stephans was eliminated on the show after three judges chose Che Chesterman. According to viewers, the “X Factor” boss Simon Cowell told the judges to save Che.
As reported on Mirror, viewers questioned if the show’s being “fixed.” Viewers claimed that “X Factor” judge Simon Cowell whispered “Che, Che” to his fellow judges before the final voting began. This meant that Simon wanted to send away his own act, Anton Stephans.
During the final voting, Simon told Che, “Well you know who I’m keeping and I feel passionately about this because Anton you’ve taken a lot of stick… I’m saving you because as much as I like you Che, I’ve become good friends with Anton.”
“X Factor” judge Nick Grimshaw saved his own act, Che Chesterman. Fellow judges Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versin sided with Nick and decided to keep Che on the competition. With Anton voted off the show, Simon Cowell is left with no acts on his “Overs” category.
Meanwhile, viewers who heard Simon’s whisper posted their thoughts on social media. Some claimed that they clearly heard Simon Cowell saying “Che” to the “X Factor” judges.

According to Independent, this was the second consecutive week that the show was involved in controversial issues. During the Week 3 of Live Shows last week, co-host Olly Murs announced the result before the big revelation.
Murs told viewers that contestant Monica Michaels was voted off on the show. However, the result actually meant a deadlock. He apologised to the viewers and said, “I’m sorry guys, I made a mistake.”
On his Twitter account, the TV presenter admitted that he “made a massive f**k-up” on the show’s episode.
Viewers then speculated the show as “fixed.”
