In “The X Factor” UK second week of live shows, the all-Filipino girl group 4th Impact became a crowd favorite for their performance. Meanwhile, Kiera Weathers and Seann Miley Moore bid farewell to the show.
The second week’s theme was “Reinvention.” Although many viewers seemed to dislike the theme, Unreality TV reported that two acts were praised on the show – performances of 4th Impact and Louisa Johnson.
The girl group opened the show with their mash-up of Charlie XCX’s “Boom Clap” and Girls Aloud’s “Sound of the Underground.” The site mentioned that “X Factor” Judge Simon Cowell praised all aspects from the group’s performance – their vocals, moves, and dresses.
“The X Factor” UK 2011 winner British girl group Little Mix praised 4th Impact in their performance last week. Little Mix member Jesy Nelson even told the 4th Impact girls to keep up their confidence. It looks like the girls did follow Little Mix’s advice in their outstanding performance.
Viewers took to social media what they think of the group’s performance.
Alongside 4th Impact, the site mentioned that the “Best Performance of the Night” should be awarded to Louisa Johnson. In two consecutive weeks, the singer was praised for her performances.
Louisa did a cover of Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. Unreality TV noted that it was different from her performance last week yet she still nailed her performance. Louisa got a standing ovation from all “The X Factor” judges.
Meanwhile, the spoilers about the double elimination were indeed true. Seann Miley Moore and Kiera Weathers were voted off the show.
Metro reported that Kiera got the least number of votes which made her leave the competition. Mason Noise and Seann Miley Moore, who were both mentored by Nick Grimshaw, did a final sing-off.
Seann performed Ray Charles’ “A Song For You” while Mason sang “End of the Road” of Boyz II Men.
Both Simon and Cheryl voted to send off Mason. Rita Ora and Nick picked Seann which resulted to a “deadlock” decision. Through the viewers’ decision, Seann was eliminated.
