While the WWE Payback 2016 is heading our way, everyone is expecting that the stars will be making quite a scene.

CageSideSeats reported that the Payback show on pay-per-view is scheduled to happen on May 1, Sunday at the Allstate Arena in Illinois. Payback will follow WresteMania since it exchanged schedules with Extreme Rules.

Just two weeks from the event and everyone is excited for the stars who will be in the show but two matches are already official: AJ Styles vs. Roman Reigns and Cesaro vs. The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship.

The match between Styles and Roman for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was officially announced after Styles won against Sami Zayn.

Aside from these official matches, BleachersReport says that there are other matches that WWE are creating and the talent that will most likely be included are those that just arrived from NXT. These talents have potential but how they fare in Payback will have a direct impact on their WWE careers.

Apollo Crews

Several fans were sure to see Apollo Crews in SmackDown and Raw but now he has also paved his way into WWE.

Crews have spent some time in NXT and has matched up against Baron Corbin and Tyler Breeze. He was called by WWE to Raw after Wrestlemania before he could reach the NXT Championship.

Crews should keep his pace by fighting anyone in WWE Payback 2016. If he decides to go along this way,

Baron Corbin

After an impressive launching match against CJ Parker back in September of 2014, Baron Corbin experienced a series of losses in the singles matches. But with victories over Rhyno, Bull Dempsey and Apollo Crews, he clearly should display his potential somewhere else.

A lot of fans think that Corbin has the needed skills to become one of the WWE champs, which would certainly lead him towards fame.
