Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are the first smartphones that will support the next-generation of LTE connectivity in South Korea, giving faster upload and download speeds to these handsets.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge have started using the categories 11 LTE and 12 LTE respectively on Sunday, March 27 through the country’s three mobile operators, Techno Buffalo reported.
With Samsung handsets’ support of next-generation LTE, the users of both devices will experience the fastest speed in the world as far as smartphones are concerned, according to Android Authority.
The speed of the two smartphones is significantly increased to 33%, with Galaxy S7 Edge’s speed improved by 200%, while Galaxy S7’s is enhanced by 50% against the previous models. Which means it will just take 15 seconds to download a 1GB size of a movie. For comparison, other handsets that enabled LTE can download the similar size file for 20 seconds.
The report also indicates that the Samsung smartphones have been enhanced for uploading video clips, including virtual reality images on social networking sites.
These Galaxy smartphones appear to have increased the level as far as the technical specs are concerned, including its durability, quality and the combination of software and hardware abilities.
As a matter of fact, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has been hailed as the best smartphone according to Consumer Reports, a reviewer of electrical devices and appliances
According to its senior editor Mike Gikas, both the new models are not just the best smartphones of Samsung, but probably the best smartphones. He further lauds the Samsung handset for its enhanced camera features and longer battery life.
Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge were also given a nice review by other experts, citing the reasons why the two smartphones are among the best phones that a consumer can find in the market today.
