When The Walking Dead Season 7 returns this October, actor Norman Reedus promises that the series is going to be “mind-blowing.”

The actor, who plays Daryl in the hit show, is aware of the pain fans have to endure given the several months of waiting. However, he promises that the wait is worth it.

“I will definitely 100-percent say that it’s well worth the wait,” Reedus said to TVLine. “It’s large. It’s mind-blowing.”

Even more exciting than finding out what happens to those who have survived is the fact that a new world awaits them. According to The Walking Dead Season 7 spoilers from the actor, things are going to get “overwhelming and emotional.”

“It’s a completely brand-new world right now,” he teased. “It’s very exciting. And it’s emotional. And then it’s overwhelming and emotional!”

While the actor said plenty about the upcoming season, he’s not saying who else would suffer in Negan’s hand. The reason is not simply keeping the secrecy of The Walking Dead Season 7 but more so because of its personal nature.

Reedus said that the cast members are very tight-knit, and they have taken their bond very personal “because we’re in it and living it.” He even said that the tears shed in front of the camera are “real tears.”

“And when personal things happen to you, you don’t wander around telling everybody your personal stuff,” he shared. “So for us, it doesn’t feel like just a spoiler, it feels like a moment that really happened. And if there’s a death involved, it’s kinda weird to talk about it.”

Reedus explained that having someone die in the series is “like going to our friend’s funeral or going possibly to our own funeral!”

Meanwhile, The Walking Dead Season 7 spoilers reveal that new characters will be introduced. Per The Spoiling Dead Fans, as shared by ComicBook, Ezekiel and his tiger Shiva would be joining the series. Reportedly, the tiger would be shown using “a mix of animatronics and CGI.”
