Viewers might think actors from rival K-dramas would be at odds with the other. However, the stars of W Two Worlds and Doctors proved otherwise.

Lee Jong Suk from W Two Worlds seemed to have only love for his friends over at the set of Doctors. Park Shin Hye, Yoon Kyun Sang, and Lee Sung Kyung looked appreciative of his snack truck offering. The Instagram video posted by Lee Sung Kyung showed the trio dancing happily in front of it. Thus, the answer to the question of feud or friends would likely be the latter.

As it turns out, the actors knew each other from before. Lee Jong Suk worked with Park Shin Hye and Yoon Kyun Sang in the 2014 K-drama series Pinocchio. Meanwhile, Lee Sung Kyung and he are label mates under the YG Entertainment family. Thus, all seems good for the quartet regardless of their respective shows.

According to Soompi, the final episode of Doctors airs on August 23. W Two Worlds premiered last July 20 and runs until September 14. The Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo starrer fared well among viewers. Thus, it achieved a number one rating on MBC. It managed to exceed the viewer ratings of Uncontrollably Fond and Wanted. Hence, viewers’ response to the K-drama would likely grow further until the finale episode.

The K-drama seems to offer something different based on the quick synopsis published by News Everyday. Thus, it would prove interesting for audiences to watch.

W is a love story between a couple in their early thirties. It’s the story of two people who live in the same era but in different worlds. Oh Yun Joo (Han Hyo Joo) is a surgeon whose father is a famous comic book creator. One day, her father goes missing and she rushes to his workshop to look for him and instead finds a strange man, Kang Chul (Lee Jong Suk) bathed in blood. She is kidnapped by him and taken to a different dimension.”
