The Voice 2016 could end up as a battleground as controversies behind the scenes might overshadow the talent on stage.
The Voice 2016 has had its share of controversy over the years. At times, it added a bit of spice to the lively competition. Hence, the occasional diss among the coaches adds a bit of entertainment. Moreover, it helps endear them to audiences. Yet intrigues on the set of the upcoming season seems to have an early start.
The hostilities supposedly stems from one of the new coaches of season 11. The reality singing competition announced the casting of Miley Cyrus early on. She was one of the advisors on Christina Aguilera’s team. This time around, she has her own chair and seems ready to assume the role of coach.
However, her entry seems to cause tension on the set. Early on, various reports cited her possible feud with Adam Levine. Sources revealed their similar personalities could be the reason why they butt heads all the time. Apparently, the annoyance of Adam Levine with Miley Cyrus began when she was still an adviser on the show. Her penchant for interrupting him when he spoke reportedly annoyed him.
Yet the Wrecking Ball singer could face another feud. Her presence on the Voice 2016 seems to worry Gwen Stefani. As it turns out, Gwen Stefani’s beau Blake Shelton supposedly spends a lot of time with Miley Cyrus. Although she knows she can trust Blake, she is not sure about Miley. Hence, audiences might see Gwen Stefani more often on the show by October.
“Gwen trusts Blake, but she knows Miley can be very, very flirty,” HollywoodLife cited a report by Life & Style. Then again, news of Miley’s nuptials hint that it might happen soon. Hence, the Wrecking Ball singer would unlikely do anything to jeopardize wedding plans.
