Voice 2016 coach Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo faced a nightmare when an anonymous tipsters accused the Maroon 5 front man of abusing his family.
The report comes from TMZ who relays that the LAPD got an anonymous tipster accusing Levine of abusing his family. However, after a visit by cops, they find out that the tip was simply false.
TMZ details the story as follows:
“LAPD’s Juvenile Division got the tip last Wednesday, alleging Adam hit his one-month-old baby girl in the face. The tipster also alluded to allegations of domestic violence … claiming Adam struck his wife so hard it knocked her to the ground. We’re told cops paid the Levine family a visit, spoke to Adam’s wife, Behati Prinsloo, and found no visible injuries to her or the infant. After meeting with the family, investigators determined the claims were unfounded.”
Since the visit revealed the tip as a false accusation, police considers the case as closed.

Amid the reports, it appears all is well for Levine and his family.
His and Prinsloo’s daughter, named Dusty Rose, was born only a month ago on September 21st. Since then, both her parents couldn’t stop gushing about her. As per an article by People Magazine, Levine shared in an interview with Ryan Seacrest how being a parent is a “beautiful experience”.
Meanwhile, Prinsloo shared a snap of Dusty while sleeping in her father’s arms. The caption of the photo simply said, “Words can’t describe” along with a heart emoji.
In addition, another article by E! Online reveals how the new parents can’t get enough of their daughter. The website quotes an unnamed source, “Behati and Adam are home with Dusty and they are completely attached to her”.
There are no news on whether the police are looking into the source of the bogus accusation.
