Naughty Dog unveiled the exciting new multiplayer mode for “Uncharted 4,” which is bound to garner the curiosity of the most ardent gamers with its new features.

As noted by IGN, “The main idea behind the design of multiplayer elements in U4MP (Uncharted 4) was to make it feel much faster but with prolonged firefights.”

There is also the addition of the mythicals to this otherwise more “realistic” franchise. There will also be the sidekicks, which they can snag through in-game cash, much like the mythicals.

5 mythicals and four classes of sidekicks are released and fans can enjoy these new additions in the beta version. Avid gamers won’t have to wait long since the beta version will be out on the 4th of December 2015 and will run until 13th December 2015.

What’s more? Fans also have the opportunity to dabble in some behind the scenes magic, which shines through the “Uncharted” series.

The statement on the PlayStation Blog reads, “We’ve learned a lot about performance capture over the course of four Uncharted games, and have an equal number of interesting stories from working together that long. At PlayStation Experience 2015, we invite you to join Naughty Dog Creative Director Neil Druckmann and members of the cast as they discuss the process of bringing the characters of Uncharted 4 to life – and give you a peek of what it’s like to be on the performance capture set.”

“We’ll also be showing never before seen cinematic clips and behind the scenes videos – don’t miss out!”

In attendance will be Greg Miller – the moderator, Neil Druckmann – Creative Director at Naughty Dog and actors Nolan North, Richard McGonagle, Troy Baker and Laura Bailey. Yes, you read that right!

The event will be held on December 5th and will cover, “Uncharted 4: Stories from the Performance Capture Set.”

The PlayStation 4 exclusive will be released on March 18 2016.
