Is “Thor” star Chris Hemsworth planning to join the galaxy gang? Hemsworth recently admitted that he loves “Guardian of the Galaxy”! Do you think he’ll fit well?
In a video posted by MTV International, the Australian actor revealed that he wanted to be part of the “Guardians crew.” When he was asked which other Marvel films he would like Thor to star in, Chris Hemsworth didn’t have any hesitations in answering. He immediately said,
“I’d love him to hang out with the Guardians crew. I love that film and there’s a great amount of fun to be had.”
Earlier this month, Hemsworth told Cinema Blend that he wants to have more fun scenes on “Thor: Ragnarok.” He also referred to a scene from “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
“I think [Thor: Ragnarok] needs to be injected with that sort of smart wit and unexpected kind of humor, kind of what James Gunn came in and did with Guardians [of the Galaxy]. It was like off center and unpredictable, and I think we can definitely use a dose of that, you know?”
With the above-mentioned statements, it looks like Chris Hemsworth is serious about Thor joining the galaxy gang. Can’t we include him in “Guardians of the Galaxy 2”?
As of the moment, it seems impossible for Thor to join the ‘Guardians crew’ however, Hemsworth will likely get that fun scenes he’s hoping for as the production hired a comedy writer. Comedian and writer Taika Waititi will write the script of the third film installment.
Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth teased what’s in store for “Thor 3.” Speaking to Toronto Sun, Hemsworth said that “something unexpected” will happen in the sequel.
“There is so much exposure on that character and you just don’t want him to be predictable … but I think we want to get back to more of a sense of adventure and fun in the third Thor.”
“Thor: Ragnarok” will hit theatres on July 28, 2017.
