A game breaking bug in “The Division” has been recently haunting high-level players for days after it was discovered after the release of the recent v1.02 patch update. Players were complaining that their high-level crafted backpack just disappeared and it also disappeared from the avatar’s back. Players then realized that they cannot access the game, where it apparently locks their avatars from being played.
Publisher Ubisoft has confirmed about the game breaking bug and has said that a fix will be arriving on the next patch update. The announcement came out from the official forum where community manager Natchai Stappers made the announcement.
“We will be deploying a fix in update 1.1 on April 12 that should resolve instances of the infinite loading/backpack issue. Due to this fix requiring a client patch, we cannot deploy it at an earlier date. We thank you for your patience,” said Stappers.
Ubisoft acknowledged the issue on March 31 and made an investigation. It assured that a fix will be coming out shortly, It also shared some guidelines on how to avoid the game breaking bug which one can read from their Ubisoft forum.
According to developer Ubisoft Massive, the upcoming v 1.1 update will be free and will include the first raid for the game, which is called Incursion. The first Incursion will be Falcon Lost which is open for high-level players and will require a tremendous amount of coordination and teamwork, and it is also recommended to be played with level 31 gear, meaning the raid will be tough.
Aside from the first April patch update, a second update will be available for May, which will add a second Incursion called Conflict and will have new Dark Zone features. The new Incursion can be found in Manhattan’s Colombus Circle.
The Division is already available for the PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One.
