Amy and Sheldon’s cohabitation in The Big Bang Theory Season 10 would not turn out like how we want it to be.

The idea of Amy (Mayim Bialik) moving in with Sheldon (Jim Parsons) doesn’t seem to be a good idea, at least for the neuroscientist. It seems like it will tear the couple apart in the upcoming episode of The Big Bang Theory Season 10.

The argument between Amy and Sheldon doesn’t stop on who will sleep on which side of the bed or on Amy sleeping on the floor. Their next topic of argument: bathroom schedule. Avid viewers of TBBT have known that Sheldon has been very accurate with the bathroom schedule, so you understand why he is upset if someone disrupts his timetable.

In Episode 5 titled The Hot Tub Contamination, Amy and Sheldon will argue over the bathroom schedule. It will worsen when Sheldon threatens to break up with Amy after she refuses to comply with his bathroom schedule.

Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) will be forced to intervene. Penny and Leonard know they have to since there are things at stake for them if their two science-loving friends will ruin their cohabitation plan. They will definitely lose their new-found freedom if the cohabitation did not work out. And of course, the fun of dancing in their underwear without geek remarks from a roommate.

In a sneak peek for Episode 5, Amy tells Sheldon that there is nothing wrong with keeping their toothbrushes in the same holder. Penny intervenes and asks Sheldon what he thinks about it. Sheldon says they should see other people.

How long will Amy last living with Sheldon? Her apartment will be fixed in three more weeks.

Showrunner Steve Molaro hinted that Sheldon and Amy’s current living arrangement could extend beyond five weeks. “We are open to anything. That’s what’s fun about the experiment. They could stay together, they could try going back to the way it was, they could end up anywhere. It’s exciting,” Molaro told The Hollywood Reporter.

The Big Bang Theory Season 10 airs every Monday at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
