The upcoming movie in the TMNT series, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows”, will not just have one or two, but three villains according to a Screen Rant report.
The first movie from the series had arch nemesis Shredder as the main baddie, but the latest instalment of Michael Bay’s production will have Bebop and Rocksteady, including Krang as their main villains.
Shredder will also have a new avatar of sorts, with Brian Tee bagging the role.
Krang, who is a disembodied brain inside a giant robot, will not have tentacles from the side, according to Michael Bay who spoke about Krang for the first time to Rolling Stone magazine.
“He could have some tentacles,” Bay told his visual effects supervisor. “I just don’t want them coming out of the side. He looks like a stupid octopus.”
The movie did receive a lot of flak from the 1980’s fans of movie, who said that the character portrayal of the turtles were poor. However, the new trailer has increased expectations from the movie with the inclusion of Bebop and Rocksteady.

TMNT 2 is embracing the “go bigger” sequel approach to this movie and is closely trying to complement the characters from the TMNT comics and cartoons in the past. Bebop and Rocksteady resemble its late 80’s TMNT cartoon from its trailer and it will be interesting to see what Krang looks like.
TMNT will introduce Shredder’s daughter, Tyler Perry as mad scientist Baxter Stockman, and “Arrow’s'” Stephen Amell, who will be playing hockey super-fan Casey Jones. Megan Fox and Will Arnett will reprise their roles as reporter April O’Neil and cameraman Vernon Fenwick, respectively.
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows” hits the theaters on June 3rd, 2016.
