‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6: Scott’s New Pack Introduced

Teen Wolf

New members of the pack are expected to join Scott in his battle in the upcoming “Teen Wolf” season six.

Movie Pilot reported that new characters will soon be introduced to the story and there have been rumours that these could be actors Jake T. Austin and Ross Lynch. The two were reportedly spotted on the set of the series.

Christian Post noted that there have been speculations that the new additions were due to the departure of Tyler Hoechlin. The actor will be missed in the upcoming season as he is currently involved in the movie “Fifty Shades Darker.” Aside from Hoechlin, there were rumours that Ian Bohen will also be absent in season six.

Creator Jeff Davis earlier explained that there will be a tighter bond between the werewolves in the new pack, Christian Post wrote.

In addition, Davis revealed that interesting creatures are also expected to join the show. He said, “We had a lot of fun doing the fox and the wolf with the Japanese internment camp episode so we may revisit that.”

He further teased that Scott will be involved in a major battle in season six and the battle will be challenging for the show’s main stars. “There will be another threat that is worrisome. That has to do with the different mythology that we’re exploring for Season 6, which is a pretty big one for us and technically very difficult for us,” Davis said.

It was earlier teased that three new villains will also be introduced in Beacon Hills and Sheriff Stilinski may be in danger because of this.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Davis admitted that he has no idea whether the show concludes after season six. He, however, hinted the possibility that should MTV show be renewed for more seasons, Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) may take on the role of the Teen Wolf while Scott will take over the role of Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin).

Davis has recently announced that he is stepping down as “Teen Wolf” showrunner.

“Teen Wolf” season 6 is expected to premiere this coming June on MTV.
