Rumors about what’s bound to happen on “Teen Wolf” season 6 continue to circulate. However, executive producer Jeff Davis might be able to separate fact from fiction.

Plans for the popular MTV series remain uncertain owing to a number of concerns off camera. To date, the production has yet to work out a number of deals with the actors, Davis pointed out. However, he did confirm the identity of characters who audiences can expect in future episodes, Teen Wolf News wrote.

“Too much of Season 6 is uncertain (and there are still a few outstanding actor deals to work out) so I have to leave some of the who is staying and who is leaving to MTV Press. But I can tell you that we’ll definitely be focusing more time on Liam, Mason, Hayden and Corey and the ups and downs of those relationships in future episodes,” Davis told the publication. When asked about the possible return of certain characters, Davis could not be specific. However, the prospect is high that fans might see one or two of their favorites back on “Teen Wolf” in season 6.

“MTV Press prefers that I not mention. But yes, there will be another returning character or two this season. We almost had one person return this season but the negotiations didn’t work out, unfortunately,” Davis revealed.

“Teen Wolf” season 6 may also shed light on the “complicated relationship” of Stiles with Lydia and Malia, Christian Post wrote. The publication also cited Davis’ interview with TWN that hinted at its possible resolution soon.

Season 6 will reportedly premiere in November, according to GameNGuide as it cited an earlier interview of Davis with Creative 132. The same article also hinted at a lesser number of episodes because of difficulties faced by the production team as already mentioned.

The condition of actor Dylan O’Brien is a particular dilemma for “Teen Wolf” as the actor figured in a serious accident while filming “Maze Runner 3: The Death Cure,” the publication recalled. Hence, rumors even hinted at the cancellation of season 6, while other speculations brought up the entry of One Direction star Harry Styles to the cast. News of the possible return of Colton Haynes in season 6 also surfaced recently.
