Did Katy Perry just wave the white flag at Taylor Swift? News are rife that the singers have ended their feud after the Roar singer sent out a tweet on Monday.
Orlando Bloom’s current girlfriend tweeted “miss u baby @taylorswift13” on May 30, much to the surprise of many. Nevertheless, the said message has been deleted but not before HollywoodLife was able to get a screengrab of it. Before fans start rejoicing though, it appears that the Twitter account of Katy Perry has been hacked and she did not post the message.
According to E! News, confusing tweets began showing on the Firework singer’s account at around 8:30 p.m. It all began with the message, “Haha follow @Sw4ylol #HackersGonnaHate.”
Several other meaningless messages were posted but the tweet tagging Taylor Swift stood out among the dispatch.
The hacker has not yet been identified but it has been speculated that @Sw4ylol was behind the glitch. Katy Perry has not yet commented on the matter. Taylor Swift is also mum about the controversy linking her name.
The ladylove of Orlando Bloom is not the only celebrity who has been targeted by hackers. In the past, Selena Gomez, Donald Trump, Ian Somerhalder, and Snooki Polizzi have also dealt with social media accounts violation.
Earlier this month, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift attended the Met Gala amid their ongoing feud. There were rumors that the Bad Blood hitmaker is the last agenda on Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend’s mind as she attended the event.
“Katy was worried only about her outfit at the MET Ball, she didn’t have any time to worry about running into Taylor or have an awkward encounter, plus it is easy to avoid people if you really need to,” said the source to HollywoodLife. The source added that despite the existing feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, both ladies had a good time at the event.
